Chi tratta i dati
Quali dati raccogliamo
- Senza account: nulla sui nostri server. Progressi e lingua restano nel tuo browser (localStorage).
- Account: username, password conservata solo come hash (PBKDF2, mai in chiaro), data di creazione.
Come Google usa i dati: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
I tuoi diritti
Puoi chiedere accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opporti al trattamento scrivendo all'indirizzo sopra.

Who processes the data
The data controller is Alex Lenzi, who runs PurpleDuel (purpleduel.com). For any request: [email protected].
What we collect
- Without an account: nothing on our servers. Progress and language stay in your browser (localStorage).
- Account: username, password stored only as a hash (PBKDF2, never in plain text), creation date.
- Google sign-in: your Google account identifier and, if verified, your email address. We never receive your Google password or access any other data in your account.
- Game: XP, completed labs, objectives, hints used; for the PvP Arena your virtual node configuration, match results and the commands typed during an attack (the attacked player sees them too, in their log).
- Payments: handled by Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), which sells as reseller (merchant of record) and takes care of invoices, VAT and refunds. We only receive the order identifier, the product bought and the associated email, never card details.
Cookies
Technical cookies only: nr_sessione (keeps you signed in, 30 days) and nr_oauth_state (protects Google sign-in, 10 minutes). No profiling or third-party analytics cookies. Google advertising cookies appear only if you choose to watch a reward video (see “Advertising”).
Advertising
Some chests can be opened sooner by watching a short optional reward video: if you don't watch it, nothing advertising-related is loaded. The video is provided by Google AdSense (Ad Placement API): Google may use cookies or device identifiers to show ads and measure their effectiveness. If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, consent is requested by Google through its consent management platform before personalised ads are shown; you can decline and keep playing normally. How Google uses data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Why and on what basis
We use the data only to provide the service you ask for (account, saving, PvP, subscription): the legal basis is the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell or share data and do not use it to profile you: the reward advertising is handled by Google (see “Advertising”).
Providers
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and database (Cloudflare Pages, D1).
- Google LLC — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Polar Software, Inc. (and its payment providers, such as Stripe) — only if you make a purchase.
Some of these providers may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses / EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long
For as long as your account exists. If you ask for deletion, we delete your account, progress and PvP data; billing records stay with Polar as required by law.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to the address above. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Minimum age
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
